You provide me with a brief explanation of the problem you’re facing. I then let you know if the solution is within my realm of capabilities.

Make an Appointment

I provide you with my availability, and you choose a time that works best for you. We will also need to decide on the optimal location.

Problem Solved

We meet at the preferred location and payment is collected. I then address and resolve the problem.

How do I pay?

I accept cash, card, and contactless payments. I can accept both debit and credit cards, but I can only process payment from a card with a chip. I cannot accept checks.

Is the price negotiable?

No—the price is set at a flat rate currently. Pricing is also subject to change based on business needs. Please check the Review Pricing page for more information.

Can I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

Yes. Please give at least an hour’s notice for any cancellations or to reschedule. If something comes up last-minute, please let me know as soon as you can.

Where are you located?

At this time, there is no physical location. The service location will be determined during the consultation process.

What is the refund policy?

Can I get a receipt for my payment?

Yes, but I can only offer digital receipts at this time.
